Full Time Lawn Care Position ​

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full Time Lawn Care Technician for the upcoming season. This position is a full-time, year-round role for the right candidate. Training will be 2 to 3 weeks depending on performance and will be roughly 16-20 hours per week You will be responsible for operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality service, and providing excellent customer interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance tasks as a solo operator for up to 15 accounts per day

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other small engine tools.

• Maintain equipment through routine checks and basic mechanical maintenance.

• Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites. 

• Provide exceptional customer service through polite, respectful, and communicative interactions.

• Work efficiently and effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Adhere to the scheduled work hours and maintain consistent attendance. 
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance preferred.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Northern Land O' Lakes area.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Tobacco-free and drug-free.

• Ability to work the following schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM​

• Ability to work the following schedule for training (2 to 3 weeks):

  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:

• Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• W2 Required
