Terms of Service

Lunar Lawns will perform all services as agreed upon by the client. Our services are performed as-needed unless otherwise requested or specified by the client. Every visit will provide an email follow up confirming the service was completed unless the client has opted out of correspondence and communication terms as outlined below under "Contact Preferences". Due to uncontrollable circumstances (i.e. weather, traffic, equipment), Lunar Lawns reserves the right to modify service dates. Lunar Lawns reserves the right to access the property to perform services as agreed upon by the client. 
NOTE: If you have a servicing need, request, or concern, please reach out to us vial email or phone and we will discuss options to service your request. Our mission is to provide you with flexible, efficient and reliable service. 

Monthly billing for recurring maintenance is due on or before the 25th of the month. Invoices will be sent for the coming month on the 1st day of the month the services are being performed. A 3 day grace period is offered; any payments received after the 28th of every month will incur a $25 Late Fee. Single service invoices are due upon receipt. Lunar Lawns reserves the right to suspend or cancel our services until payment is received. Services will be terminated if full payment is not received within 45 days after date of invoice. If you have a bill discrepancy, you should notify us within 7 business days after the receipt of your invoice. We offer your invoice to be mailed, faxed or emailed to you at your convenience. Lunar Lawns operates on a credit card on file payment structure. Instructions will be provided in a Welcome Email on how to set up payments. Your information is encrypted and securely added to your account, there is no way for Lunar Lawns to access you card sensitive information. Currently we accept all major US Credit Cards. Any payments that have been denied are subject to a processing fee of $35 and potential late fees. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed. Our services can be subject to a price increase and if so you will be notified 30 days in advance. 
 

Client agrees to pay the charges as specified on this contract. Client is not required to be at home while service is performed but the service area must be accessible and free of obstructions (lawn furniture, toys, trash, bio-hazardous materials, etc.) prior to the scheduled visit. All pets must be secured as to pose no threat to service personnel. If we find obstructions, we will service what we have access to and you will be charged for a full service. Lunar Lawns will not be responsible for damaging any unsecured cables, wires, irrigation pipes or heads, lines etc., which are not installed deeper than 3" below ground level. 

Cancellation of services can be made by calling (813) 838-5036 or via email at contact@lunarlawns.com. A 30 Day Notice is required for any cancellation of service requests. Account must be paid in full prior to cancellation date. Termination does not remove your responsibility to pay all fees or costs in collecting any past due amounts, including costs of attorneys or a collection bureau, those fees and costs will be added to your balance. We may, in our discretion, accept an immediate cancellation notice for the following reasons* : You or your spouse are active military and transferred out of the local area, you sell your property, unemployment, sickness and/or death. (*We may ask for proof for early cancellation). A termination fee of one months service may apply if cancellation notice is not given.

Should a change in service be requested by a client, a minimum of 1 week notice should be provided via email or phone to Lunar Lawns. Failing to provide sufficient notice may result in the appropriate charges still being assessed.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your services, please contact (813) 838-5036 within 24 hours to resolve the issue. We pride ourselves on exceeding our clients’ expectations, and we want to keep communication open.

Lunar Lawns must be notified within 48 hours of any damage caused to property by Lunar Lawns equipment or employees. Notification can be made at (813) 838-5036 or by email at contact@lunarlawns.com. Lunar Lawns will provide a written response within approximately 5 business days addressing the concern. Things such as weather, servicing, or other factors outside of Lunar Lawns control may delay a response. Lunar Lawns will do every effort to provide a quick and efficient response to the request.

Prices advertised on website may not be exact prices you pay for service. Additional fees may apply for initial mows, overgrown lawns, yard size, location, and other factors. All prices will be quoted to you in full prior to any work being performed on the property. Promotional terms are subject to change at any point. Lunar Lawns reserves the right to not honor promotional terms for any reason. 

Default correspondence will be set to be sent electronically to clients unless otherwise notified. It is the clients responsibility to opt out of electronic communications by contacting us. Lunar Lawns may obtain digital media (pictures & videos) of work that has been completed. Clients are responsible for communicating their preferences to not be included in obtaining digital media on their property. This media is used solely for marketing and social media purposes.
